To unlock the mysteries at the heart of the deep sea, India has embarked on Mega Sea Mission Samudrayaan. The country plans to send a team of experts to the deep sea to conduct various deep-sea surveys. The Samudrayaan mission aims to develop a manned self-propelled submersible that can carry her three people with an array of scientific sensors and tools for deep-sea exploration up to 6,000 meters deep in the ocean.
